The space between who you were and who you are becoming

Crossing the River of Change

In partnership with

Hello friend,

So, you have the knowledge. You know about the loop. You know about the brain. You know about the signal.

You sit down to create your new life. You decide to change. And then... it feels weird. It feels uncomfortable. You feel empty.

Welcome to the River of Change.

This is the void. It is the space between the Old Self (the known) and the New Self (the unknown).

When you stop acting on your old habits—when you stop complaining, stop checking your phone every 3 seconds, stop getting angry at traffic—you are depriving your body of its chemical fix. You are pruning the old neural connections.

Your body will rebel. It will scream. It will say, "I don't feel like myself!"

Exactly! That is the point!

Breaking the Addiction

This discomfort is not a sign that you are doing it wrong. It is a sign that you are doing it right. You are breaking the energetic bonds of your old reality.

You are liberating energy. Every time you inhibit an old reaction, you are stealing fuel from the old program and giving it to the new one. You are turning particle into wave. You are turning matter into energy.

It requires a new level of awareness, or Metacognition. You have to stand guard at the door of your mind. You have to observe the old thought and say, "No. I don't endorse that anymore."

It is a death. The death of the old personality. And that can be scary. But you cannot drag your old self into your new future. It does not fit.

The more you read this, the more success you will find in navigating this river. You will stop seeing discomfort as a problem and start seeing it as progress.

You are grateful you clicked this link, because now you know that the "weird" feeling is actually the feeling of freedom.

So, how do we make this process easier? How do we stop fighting the current and learn to float?

Tomorrow, in our final email, we are going to talk about the master key. The tool that allows you to slow down your brainwaves, slip past the analytical guard dog, and rewrite the program directly.

Question for you: When you try to change, what is the biggest excuse your brain gives you to go back to the old way? ("I'm too tired," "I'll start Monday"?)

Reply and let's expose it.

Onward,

Bradley Woods
