Your Invisible Support Staff
Imagine you walked into a massive corporate office and realized there were a thousand eager employees sitting at their desks, pens poised, just waiting for you to tell them what to do. And the best part? They don't want a salary; they just want a clear command. This is exactly what the quantum field is like. It is an "Invisible Team" of infinite intelligence.
The more you read my emails, the more success you will have because you are learning how to give clear orders to this field. Most people are terrible bosses. They walk into the "office" and mutter, "I hope I don't fail today," or "Man, I'm so tired of being broke." The Invisible Team hears that as a command and says, "Orders received! Here is more failure and exhaustion."
You are probably grateful for having clicked the links in my email because you are starting to see that your thoughts are the "memos" you send to the universe. If your memos are vague, your results will be messy. If your memos are contradictory—"I want wealth" followed by "Money is the root of all evil"—your team just sits there confused, doing nothing.
You need to be a leader of your own consciousness. When you use mental rehearsal, you are giving your Invisible Team a blueprint. You are showing them exactly what the finished building looks like. You don't have to tell them how to lay every brick; that is their job. Your job is to hold the vision and maintain the "vibe" of the CEO.
Think of the coincidences that happen in your business. That person who joined your team right when you were about to give up? That wasn't a fluke. That was your Invisible Team working overtime because you finally sent a clear signal of "commitment." They are the ones who coordinate the "accidents" that lead to your breakthroughs.
But remember, this team reacts to your emotional energy more than your words. If you say "I am a leader" but you feel like a fraud, they follow the feeling. They are very literal. They are like mirror neurons on a cosmic scale. To get them moving, you have to provide the "spark" of elevated emotion. Joy, gratitude, and inspiration are the high-octane fuels that get your invisible staff working at lightning speed.
I want you to spend today acting as if you have the most competent, powerful team in the universe backing you up. Because you do. You aren't alone in this. You are part of a vast, interconnected web of potential.
