We have covered a lot of ground this week. We talked about your inherent power, setting scary goals, the creative mindset, gratitude, decision, and smashing through the Terror Barrier.

But why?

Is it just to get a bigger house in New Albany? Is it just to drive a nicer car?

If that is all it is, it is hollow.

The ultimate aim of this plan is the continuous unfolding of your potential. We don't do things for what we get. We do them for what we become.

And as you become more, you have a responsibility to exercise the highest form of leadership: The Impression of Increase.

The fundamental impulse of the universe is expansion. Every living thing wants to grow. Your job, as a leader and a creator, is to convey that feeling of increase to everyone you meet.

Leave every person feeling better, more capable, and more valued than you found them.

Don't just try to make people think highly of you. The exceptional leader gets people to think highly of themselves. That is true power.

When you operate this way—praising, encouraging, lifting up—you become a magnet for good. You align yourself with the upward spiral of the universe. You ensure that abundance flows to you because you are a channel for it to flow through.

Everything you own at the end of your life will belong to someone else. But what you are... that is yours forever.

The more you read my emails, the more success you will have, because we are going to keep reminding each other of these truths. We are going to keep fanning that spark into a flame.

This week was just the orientation. The real work—the beautiful, challenging, glorious work—starts now.

I have something special planned for next week to help us actually apply these principles to a tangible project, but I don't want to spoil the surprise just yet.

Let’s just say... it involves turning this philosophy into cash flow.
