Your smartphone is a digital pickpocket.

It fractures your focus, scrambles your nervous system, and steals your creative life-force before 9:00 AM.

You cannot build a multi-million-dollar vision through a plastic screen designed by psychologists to keep you addicted to trivia.

Real power is physical, tactile, and analog.

Every single morning, before I touch an email or look at a dashboard, I lay open a heavy leather Monarch binder.

I uncap my TWSBI vacuum-filler fountain pen.

I take a breath, and I draw a thick, unapologetic horizontal line across the page.

Above that line sit my core income-producing moves and creative declarations.

Below that line stays the world's entire whirlwind.

Until the work above that line is finished in permanent ink, the noise below gets none of my attention.

When you write by hand, something shifts in your spirit.

You stop spectating your life, and you start engineering it.

When you study the exact layout I use, you’ll immediately understand how to lock down your first two hours of the day without digital fog.

I am dropping the entire coaching framework around this system on November 1st, and it will change the way you operate forever.

Look at your workspace right now: what is the #1 distraction you know you need to cut out today to get your peace of mind back?

Hit reply and speak your truth.

(Tomorrow morning, I’m breaking down the 330-second secret weapon I use in the front seat of my car that kills panic on the spot.)

Blu Dot surpasses 2,000% ROAS with self-serve CTV ads

Home furniture brand Blu Dot blew up on CTV with help from Roku Ads Manager. Here’s how:

After a test campaign reached 211,000 households and achieved 1,010% ROAS, the brand went all in to promote its annual sales event. It removed age and income constraints to expand reach and shifted budget to custom audiences and retargeting, where intent was strongest.

The results speak for themselves. As Blu Dot increased their investment by 10x, ROAS jumped to 2,308% and more page-view conversions surpassed 50,000.

“For CTV campaigns, Roku has been a top performer,” said Claire Folkestad, Paid Media Strategist, Blu Dot. “Comping to our other platforms, we have seen really strong ROAS… and highly efficient CPMs, lower than any other CTV partner we've worked with.”

Using Roku Ads Manager, the campaign moved from a pilot to a permanent performance engine for the brand.
