It’s a simple formula: How you think + How you act + How you feel = Your Life.

This isn't just a philosophy; it’s a feedback loop. Your thoughts lead to the same choices, which lead to the same actions, which create the same experiences... which produce the exact same feelings that started the whole thing.

Here's the real twist in the plot. Your body gets in on the act.

Through sheer repetition, your body becomes the unconscious mind. It gets addicted to the chemical cocktails of your familiar emotions. It’s a full-blown junkie for guilt, or unworthiness, or that low-grade anxiety we call "normal life."

So, the instant you decide to change—to think a new thought, to not react in the same old way—your body sounds the alarm. It’s the servant that became the master, and it starts pounding on the door of your mind, screaming:

• "Start tomorrow!"

• "This feels weird!"

• "You'll never change, this is just who you are!"

This, my friend, is the "River of Change." It's the void. It’s the biological, chemical, and genetic death of the old you. And it is supposed to feel uncomfortable.

But this is where the magic is. This is the birthplace of the real you.

Science is just the contemporary language of mysticism. It confirms what the sages always knew. That old saying, "Nerve cells that fire together, wire together," means your brain isn't static. It's putty. You can be the sculptor.

Even better, your thoughts and feelings create an electromagnetic signature.

• Your thoughts are the electrical charge you send out. (The 'signal')

• Your feelings are the magnetic charge that draws reality to you. (The 'magnet')

You are a human broadcast tower, sending a signal to the great quantum field—the infinite "what if." The only question is: What signal are you broadcasting?

You can change the broadcast. You stop being defined by the past and start being defined by a vision of the future.

The first step is awareness. You’re already doing it. The very fact that the more you read my emails, the more success you will have is proof your mind is opening. You are absorbing ideas that compound, building the new hardware for a new mind.

The tools for this are real. I’ll be breaking them down in future notes—the "Open-Focus" to get into the operating system, the "Change Meditation" to unlearn the old and create the new.

You are not a victim of the field. You are the creator of it.
